Investigations and Process Service

Research Specialist Inc. was created to provide process service and investigative services to the Insurance Community, Self-Insured Industry, Legal Community and Businesses. The company was founded in 1997 by Doug Shaw. Prior to creating RSI Doug held several positions at a nationwide investigative firm. He's an active participant in RSI and personally handles many of the assignments.

At Research Specialist, Inc., our licensed investigators and process servers have more than 2 decades of experience. We're able to handle assignments throughout the State of Missouri and Nationwide (through our vast network of investigators and process servers).
